This historic vineyard consists of traditional Aegean varieties such as Assyrtiko, Athiri, Monemvasia, Malagouzia, Aigianitis, and Mandilaria. It is cultivated according to the principles of organic and biodynamic agriculture. Thanks to the area's microclimate (northern solid winds and aridity) and the rich soil components, healthy grapes of exceptional quality are produced without chemicals and intensive processing.
